No fees are charged for manuscript submission, initial editorial screening, or peer-review evaluation. APCs become payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

The ability to pay APCs will never influence editorial evaluation, peer-review outcomes, or publication decisions.

Payment Information

Following acceptance, authors will receive an official APC invoice containing payment instructions.

Once an article has been formally published, publication services have been completed and the APC becomes non-refundable.
