Dr Xiao Tan currently works at the College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Hohai University. Xiao does research in (i) Monitoring and Assessment of Behaviours of Infrastructures Based on Distributed Fibre Optic Sensors; (ii) Intelligent and Resilient Pipelines; (iii) Structural Health Monitoring; (iv) Structural Strengthening and Retrofits.
