Biography

Dr. Jing Wang is an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Geology, China Earthquake Administration. He received his Ph.D. in Cartography and Geographic Information System from the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on SAR/InSAR algorithms and applications, geological hazard monitoring, earthquake disaster assessment and risk analysis, and deep learning for remote sensing. He has worked on InSAR time-series deformation monitoring, landslide detection, permafrost deformation analysis, post-earthquake building damage assessment, and remote sensing-based disaster information extraction. His research interests include SAR image processing, landslide monitoring, earthquake disaster risk assessment, and intelligent remote sensing applications.
