Biography

Dr. Navjot Singh is a physician and public health researcher with training in Community Medicine and a strong interest in epidemiology, disease burden assessment, and population health. He completed his MBBS in China and subsequently pursued postgraduate training in Community Medicine in India, where he developed expertise in epidemiological research methods, biostatistics, health systems, and public health program evaluation. Throughout his academic and professional career, Dr. Singh has been involved in research addressing important public health challenges. His work focuses on geriatric health, non-communicable diseases, epidemiology, environment & health.  In addition to contributing to research, Dr. Singhhas contributed to scientific writing, manuscript preparation, statistical analysis, peer review for multiple joirnals, and academic dissemination through conference presentations and journal publications. Dr. Singh hopes to strengthen evidence generation for public health planning and contribute to the development of data driven policies that improve population health outcomes.
