Biography
Dr. Deepika Godugu is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. John’s University, New York. Her research focuses on cancer therapeutics, molecular oncology, and translational drug discovery, with current work investigating epigenetic mechanisms and therapeutic strategies in neuroblastoma. Her expertise includes anticancer drug screening, 3D spheroid and organoid models, molecular and cellular biology techniques, in vivo tumor studies, HPLC, LC–MS/MS, spectroscopy, and computational drug-discovery approaches.
She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Osmania University and has previous research and pharmaceutical industry experience at CSIR–Indian Institute of Chemical Technology and Bharat Biotech International Limited. Her multidisciplinary background spans nanomedicine, drug delivery, biosimilar characterization, analytical development, and translational cancer research.
