The certificate includes:

These certificates may be used for academic portfolios, professional development records, and institutional documentation.

Public Acknowledgement

  • Reviewers may choose to have their names listed on the journal's website as contributing reviewers.
  • This optional recognition highlights their commitment to scholarly excellence while maintaining reviewer confidentiality. Reviewer names are published only with explicit consent, and individual reviews are never linked to specific manuscripts.

Outstanding Reviewer Awards

Colloquys Journals periodically recognizes exceptional reviewers through the Outstanding Reviewer Awards program.

Award recipients are selected based on:

Individual Review Certificates

Upon completion of a peer review, reviewers may request a digital reviewer certificate confirming their contribution to the journal's editorial process.

Each certificate includes the following details:

  • Manuscript Title: Title of the reviewed manuscript (included only with reviewer consent)
  • Review Completion Date: Date on which the review was submitted
  • Review Type: Nature of the review contribution (initial review, revision review, or expedited review)
  • Journal Information: Journal name and ISSN
  • Verification Code: Unique authentication code for certificate validation

These certificates serve as formal documentation of scholarly service and may be included in academic CVs, promotion portfolios, institutional reports, and professional development records.

Annual Consolidated Reports

Reviewers may also request a consolidated annual report summarizing all completed reviews within a calendar year.

Annual reports are provided in professional PDF format, suitable for institutional documentation, tenure and promotion applications, and professional society records.

All certificates are typically generated and delivered within 5-7 business days of the request.
