Completed Doctoral Researcher at the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli (NIFTEM-K), Sonipat, Haryana (An Institute of National Importance of India under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India) and working on advances in cultivation, postharvest management and value addition of oyster mushroom. Conferred with Best Research Scholar Award, Young Researcher Award, Young Fellow Award and Academic Excellence Award. Completed M.Sc. (Agriculture) from Dr. YSP UHF, Solan, H.P and received two best master thesis awards. Also remained as a fellow of the prestigious fellowship SSF 2021-22 offered by the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor, Prime Minister Office, Government of India and qualified ICAR JRF-2019 & SRF-2021. Completed B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from SKUAST-Jammu with one national award from the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. Possess sound experience in Mushroom Science and Technology, Food Science and Technology, Crop residue management and published several e-books including ‘Multipurpose uses of crop residues’ (113p) and author of a manual for pesticides dealers (125p).

Published original research and review articles in national and international journals (SCI-indexed, Q1), patents (06), copyrights (1), book chapters (14), e-books (5), also published more than 250 popular articles in various national magazines and also serving as Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for many journals and completed more than 300 reviews for Elsevier, ACS, Wiley, Springer Nature, T&F, MDPI & WoS. Participated in the quiz, essay and poster competitions in multidisciplinary subjects at the national level/international level and won several times national awards, prizes & felicitation certificates as well. Furthermore, also acted as a Course Coordinator for organizing courses on Diploma certificate i.e. DAESI (48 weeks) and Certificate course for insecticide dealers (12 weeks) organized by HAMETI, Jind Haryana and sponsored by MANAGE, Hyderabad.
