Sindhura K. is a passionate researcher in the field of Management Research. She completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration. She is an engineer with a Master in Business Administration Management (MBA) from VIT Business School, Chennai. She came out of her post-graduation winning the gold medal for the years 2016-2018. While pursuing her MBA, the striking shift in her interest was toward statistical analysis and research. She has gained skills in analysis and has been trained on doing various types of analysis required for both qualitative and quantitative studies. She started publishing research articles when she was doing her internship to complete her MBA. At present, she has 70+ research articles published in esteemed journals that are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC Care on various subjects. She has presented papers at 19 national and international conferences. She has published 3 books, 2 patents, and 4 book chapters.

She has won several awards and recognitions, some of which include the Young Researcher Award by IJIEMR-Elsevier SSRN Research Awards 2021, Education Excellence Award-Best Researcher for 2021 by ESN publication, Best Research Inspiration Award by the International Journal of Modern Trends in Science and Technology for 2020 (IJMTST), Research Excellence Award for 2021 by the Institute of Scholars, SHEN 2021-International Research Awards in Science, Health, and Engineering-Best Researcher Award, Best Thesis Award- SIDVI Foundation 2024, Best Academician Award- Institute of Scholars 2024, etc. She is a senior member of RSRI, a professional and lifetime member of Institute of Scholars, a lifetime member of the Universal Society for Research & Development, and a lifetime member of SOLETE.

She is a reviewer for the Reviewer for South Asian Journal of Social Studies and Economics (Web of Science), Reviewer for International Journal of Business Analytics (IJBAN) (Scopus), Reviewer for International Journal of Cognitive Informatics and Natural Intelligence (IJCINI) (Scopus), Reviewer for Asian Journal of Economics, Business, and Accounting (Web of Science), Reviewer for Asian Journal of Advanced Research and Reports (Web of Science), Reviewer for International Journal of Cognitive Informatics and Natural Intelligence (IJCINI), etc. She also serves as a keynote speaker, session chairperson, conference convenor, overall coordinator, and technical committee member in conferences.

She has acted as a resource person for workshops on specialized topics like Statistical analysis using SPSS, Bibliometric Analysis using VOS viewer, Notebook LM, CANVA, Speaker for 2026 IUPAC Global Women's  Breakfast Speaker, Lecture on Formulation of Research Question and Hypothesis & Variables and Measurements in Research at Bhakta Kavi Narsingh Mehta University (BKNMU), State University held on 16^th April for Ph.D. students.

She has organised various events which includes a one-day workshop in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning (September 13, 2024), along with webinars on AI Technologies and Insights (February 5, 2024) and Generative AI and Chatbots (October 16, 2023), SQL Showdown: Unleashing Data Mastery Hackathon (February 3, 2024) and a Workshop on Data Analysis using SQL (February 10, 2024), Python Code Combat: 2-Day Workshop & Hackathon Bootcamp ( 29^th October, 2025 and 3^rd November, 2025), Masterclass on Crafting Reality-The art of GenAI and Revolutionizing Engines of Model Transformers (30^th October 2025), Two Day Workshop on Unlocking AI: The Art of Prompting (8^th and 9^th January 2026).

Her area of interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Systems, and Human Resource Management.
