Prof. Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. degree in 1990 and Ph.D. degree in 1994 from the University of Nancy. Between 1990 and 1995, he worked as a Research Engineer at WorldFIP Europe and Alcatel-Alsthom. Since 1995, he has been a Professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France. He is an internationally recognized researcher and author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents, and more than 200 publications in leading journals and conferences. Prof. Lorenz has held numerous leadership positions within the IEEE Communications Society, including Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2020–2024), Financial Chair of IEEE France (2017–2022), and several technical committee chair roles. He serves or has served on the editorial boards of prestigious IEEE journals, including IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Communications Magazine, and IEEE Network. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, an IARIA Fellow, and was selected as an IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer for 2013–2014 and 2026–2027.
Dr Yufei Zhao (Member, IEEE) received his B.Eng. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2014, graduating as an Outstanding Graduate, and his Ph.D. degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology from Tsinghua University, China, in 2020. He worked as a Senior Engineer at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. from 2020 to 2021 and has been a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, since 2021. He is also the Founder and CEO of CityWave PTE LTD.
His research focuses on wireless communication engineering, RF and microwave systems, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS), intelligent metasurfaces, Rydberg atom technologies, orbital angular momentum (OAM), radar sensing and imaging, artificial intelligence, quantum sensors, and next-generation communication systems.
Dr Zhao has published more than 70 journal and conference papers and holds seven granted patents. He serves as an Academic Editor for the IET Circuits, Devices & Systems Journal and MDPI Sensors, and as a Guest Editor for several international journals. He is also a reviewer for leading IEEE journals, including IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters. He has served as a Session Chair at major IEEE conferences, including VTC, APMC, and PIMRC, and actively organizes workshops at IEEE ICC and GlobeCom.
Dr Zhao has received several prestigious awards, including the Young Scientist Award (2022 and 2024), the Young Scientist Award at PIERS 2025, the Best Student Paper Award (Supervisor) at PIERS 2025, and the Best Paper Award at the 2025 International Conference on Internet of Things, Communication and Intelligent Technology (IoTCIT 2025).
Dr. Sindhura Kannappan is an Assistant Professor at MEASI Institute of Management, Chennai, India, and is currently pursuing her Postdoctoral Research at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Madras and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering along with an MBA in Human Resource Management and Analytics from VIT Business School, where she graduated as the Gold Medalist and First Rank Holder (2016–2018). She also qualified the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET) for Assistant Professor in 2025.
Her passion for research developed during her MBA, with a strong focus on statistical analysis, business analytics, and research methodology. She possesses expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and is proficient in advanced analytical tools, including SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, NVIVO, ATLAS.ti, STATA, Minitab, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and other modern research and data analytics platforms.
Dr. Sindhura has published more than 70 research articles in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC Care. She has presented over 20 research papers at national and international conferences and has authored 3 books, published 2 patents, and contributed 5 book chapters. Her research spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Talent Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Operations Management, and Research Methodology.
She has received numerous national and international recognitions, including the Young Researcher Award by IJIEMR–Elsevier SSRN Research Awards (2021), Education Excellence Award – Best Researcher (2021), Best Research Inspiration Award (IJMTST, 2020), Research Excellence Award (Institute of Scholars, 2021), SHEN International Best Researcher Award (2021), Best Thesis Award (SIDVI Foundation, 2024), Best Academician Award (2024), Best Professor Award (2025), Award for Training Excellence (2025), and several other awards for excellence in research, teaching, and academic leadership.

She has also delivered invited lectures for Ph.D. scholars at Bhakta Kavi Narsingh Mehta University (BKNMU), served as a speaker at the 2026 IUPAC Global Women's Breakfast, and conducted several international FDPs and workshops.
Dr. Sindhura has organized numerous academic and industry-oriented events, including workshops on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, SQL, Python, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Data Visualization, Entrepreneurship, Financial Analytics, and Hackathons, fostering innovation and research excellence among students, researchers, and academicians.
Prof. Deyu Lin is an Associate Professor in the School of Software at Nanchang University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Architecture from Xidian University in 2019. During his doctoral studies, he was a Joint Ph.D. Researcher at the University of Leeds, UK, from 2017 to 2018. He subsequently held postdoctoral research positions at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has also served as a Guest Professor at Gongqing College of Nanchang University.
Since 2013, Prof. Lin has been dedicated to advancing energy-efficient technologies for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), developing extensive expertise in energy sustainability, wireless communications, and intelligent networking. His current research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), the Internet of Things (IoT), Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer (SWIPT)-enabled communication systems, edge and fog computing, artificial intelligence, federated learning, intelligent transportation systems, and wireless communications.
Over the past decade, Prof. Lin has established a strong research record through high-quality publications in leading international journals and conferences. As of September 10, 2025, he has authored or co-authored 67 scientific publications, including 52 papers in prestigious IEEE and European journals and 8 papers in international conferences. According to Google Scholar, his research has achieved an H-index of 17, an i10-index of 27, and more than 1,225 citations. His most highly cited publication, Wang et al. (2019), which has received over 174 citations, presents significant contributions to improving the energy efficiency of WSNs through compressive sensing techniques.
Prof. Lin has successfully led several research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and provincial funding agencies. In recognition of his research excellence, he was selected as a Class C Talent under the "Ganjiang Hai Zhi" Project of Jiangxi Province in 2021. He received the Second-Class Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award in both 2021 and 2024. In 2022, he was honored with the Best Researcher Award, and in July 2025, his paper received the Best Paper Award at the 4th International Conference on Internet of Things, Communication, and Intelligent Technology (IoTCIT 2025).
In addition to his academic achievements, Prof. Lin holds the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification, demonstrating his strong professional expertise in Internet engineering and networking technologies. His combination of scientific research excellence and practical engineering experience provides a solid foundation for developing innovative theoretical frameworks and translating them into real-world applications.
Prof. Lin is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a Member of the ACM, and a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). His research continues to contribute to the advancement of energy-efficient wireless networks, intelligent communication systems, and next-generation IoT technologies.
Rakhymova Aigerim Turlybaevna was born in 1987 in the Almaty, Kazakhstan. In 2005, she graduated from the Sh. Smagulov Boarding School for Gifted Children in Almaty.
In 2009, she graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Mechanics. From 2011 to 2013, she studied in the master's program at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the same specialty, and simultaneously completed a double-degree program in France at the University of Lorraine, majoring in “Underground Energy Reservoirs.” She holds two master's degrees. In 2013, she completed an internship at the Laboratory of Energetics and Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (Laboratoire d'Energétique et de Mécanique Théorique et Appliquée) in Nancy, France.
From 2013 to 2016, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics in the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. She also worked as a researcher at the National Scientific Laboratory for Collective Use of Information and Space Technologies (NSL CU IST), and participated in grant-funded research on the topic “Computer modeling of the oil displacement process from cores to analyze the efficiency of oil recovery from reservoirs using high-performance computing.” In 2014, she participated in the international professional development program “Enhancing Learning and Teaching in Higher Education” at Newcastle University, England.
From 2018 to 2021, she pursued doctoral studies at the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU). As part of her doctoral program, she completed a three-month internship in Malaysia at the University of Pahang, and participated in conferences and seminars there.
In 2023, she received the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical and Computer Modeling. Since 2021, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
