Biography
Shantanu Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Political Science with expertise in Indian Constitution, Political Theory, International Relations, Geopolitics, Maritime Security, Critical Minerals, and the Blue Economy. His research focuses on the intersection of strategic affairs, critical mineral supply chains, and maritime geopolitics, employing interdisciplinary approaches that combine policy analysis, security studies, and geospatial methods. He has published in peer-reviewed conference proceedings, edited volumes, and leading national publications and has presented his research at several national and international conferences. Alongside his research, he actively contributes to curriculum development, academic leadership, and interdisciplinary teaching in higher education.
