Dr. Priyadarshini S. R. is a Food Process Engineer, Scientific Editor, and Assistant Professor with over nine years of experience in food science research and scholarly publishing. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering from NIFTEM-Thanjavur and has published more than 15 peer-reviewed journal articles and seven book chapters, receiving over 800 citations.
