Prof. Lukas Prantl is an internationally renowned surgeon specializing in plastic, aesthetic, reconstructive and hand surgery. He is Professor and Founding Chairman at the University of Regensburg Medical Center, Germany. He has received numerous international research awards and served as faculty member in major conferences worldwide. He has published over 400 peer-reviewed articles and 35 book chapters. He is author of Essentials of Fat Grafting. Visiting Professor at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Stanford University, and FUDAN University Shanghai.

He has experience in academic and industrial research projects with international partners, including Unilever and Lonza. Prof. Valery M. Dembitsky is a distinguished scientist specializing in bioorganic chemistry, natural products chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and biologically active compounds. He holds M.Sc., Ph.D., and D.Sc. degrees and currently serves as a Principal Investigator at the N.D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry, Moscow, Russia. With an outstanding scientific career spanning several decades, Prof. Dembitsky has authored more than 700 scientific publications, including research articles, patents, reviews, books, and book chapters. His research focuses on natural products, bioactive molecules, biomarkers, organic compounds, and their applications in health sciences. He has extensive editorial experience with several international journals and has made significant contributions to medicinal, bioorganic, analytical chemistry, food science, and nutrition research.

Dr. Aaron J. Tabor has been in the biotech/medtech field for over 19 years. Currently he serves as Principal for Medical & Technical Sciences at MedTech Incubator. He is certified by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) as a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) and is board certified by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). He currently holds an academic appointment in the Department of Biological Sciences at Northern Arizona University (NAU). He has been involved in numerous grants with the National Institute of Health (NIH), Department of Defense (DoD) and is a former National Science Foundation (NSF) Fellow progressing the translational medicine field. In this translational field, Dr. Tabor has numerous publications and peer reviewed textbooks and articles. Dr. Tabor aspires for his research to one day translate to the bedside to improve the quality of care for all patients. Outside of academia he serves as an executive with several industry organizations and volunteers on numerous 501(c)3 Boards.

She currently serves as President of the Academy of Applied Studies Belgrade and has been actively engaged in dermocosmetic product formulation and production since 2007. She has published over 15 papers in international journals, contributed to numerous conferences, and authored the textbook Applied Cosmetology. She also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Education and Research in Health Sciences.
