Payment

Refunds

• If something comes up and you need to cancel, we're happy to help!
• Just be sure to let us know at least 10 days before your webinar.
• That way, we can issue your refund smoothly within 7 working days.
• After that window, unfortunately, we're unable to process refunds — thanks for understanding!

Cancellation

• If Colloquys cancels an event, you will automatically receive a 100% credit. This credit can be used towards registration for any Colloquys event within one year of the original event date, offering a straightforward and reliable assurance of future participation.

Webinar Access

• Registered participants will receive access details, including the webinar link and platform information, prior to the event.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection for a seamless experience.

Substitutions

• If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the webinar via the provided email address.

Recording and Distribution

• The Colloquys webinar may be recorded for future reference and distribution.
• By participating, you acknowledge that your contributions during discussions or Q&A sessions may be included in the recording.

Technical Issues

• The organizers are not responsible for technical issues experienced by participants, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or device-related challenges.

Webinar Etiquette

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the webinar, including during discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactions with speakers and other attendees.
